1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the bad33 platform and all its services. Accessing bad33.cam, opening an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

bad33 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers a variety of games including live casino, slots, and cricket betting.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, bad33's decision will be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at bad33, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is prohibited.
• If any unauthorized account activity is detected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bad33 may request identity verification where necessary to ensure security and transparency. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.

Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email), notify bad33's support team immediately. bad33 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3 Age Restriction

bad33 is for adults only. 21+ Only users aged 21 or above may use this platform.

bad33 may request documentation to verify age at any time. A national ID card or birth registration certificate will be accepted as valid proof of age.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bad33 is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable to all methods. Accepted payment methods are:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit. In special cases, bad33 may approve an alternative method.

Currency

bad33 uses Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.

To withdraw bonus funds, the total amount of the bonus plus the deposit must be wagered 10 times (10x). That is, the wagering requirement is 10x.

VIP Cashback Program

bad33's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once per user.
• Bonus balance will be used before cash balance.
• The original bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• bad33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any misuse of bonuses or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bad33 are conducted fairly and transparently. Fair play is ensured on the platform and all data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

Game Results

All game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. There is no bias in game results. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bad33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and the user's wagered amount will be returned.

Betting Limits

Separate minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market, which can be seen in the game interface. bad33 reserves the right to change betting limits for any reason.

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, the official result of each match will be considered final. No bets will be accepted after the betting cutoff time. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be cancelled and funds returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's software.
• Opening an account with false information or concealing one's identity.
• Using another user's account or sharing passwords.
• Playing games using programmed bots or automated software.
• Conducting transactions in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

bad33 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (generally 12 months).

By the User

Any user may close their account on their own. Contact the support team to do so. Please withdraw your available balance before closing the account (subject to wagering requirements being met).

11 Changes to Terms

bad33 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with an updated date.
